Goalie Army Academy – Goalie School Champions

Ken Lithwick and Lewis Angel have led their Minor Bantam team to victory AGAIN!  This time by recording 5 shutouts out of 6 straight wins to capture the coveted Silver Stick Regional Qualifying Tournament title in Pembroke, ON!!!

Both goalies ranked in the top 3 of the tournament with Ken Lithwick ranked as no. 1 with an amazing 0.00 GAA, and Lewis Angel at no. 3 with a 0.67 GAA.  Not too shabby…

Through an ongoing partnership with the Ottawa West Golden Knights, Goalie Army Academy has brought its goalie school lessons to the association’s practices to supply students with semi-private goalie training at reasonable pricing.  Working with the Golden Knights association over the past 3 years, Goalie Army Academy implements  the R3E System into every session to ensure that students progress and develop while keeping efficiency at the forefront of everything that they do during their games.

Goaltender, Ken Lithwick, has become a fixture at most our goalie school’s training by attending our goalie clinic, and goaltender-specific power skating programs in addition to receiving semi-private training during his team’s practices with Lewis Angel.

The win allows the Minor Bantam Golden Knights to compete this upcoming January in the International Silver Stick Tournament along with 65,000 other athletes and coaches.
